YOUR CAR AND ITS CONTENTS

Theft
Damage suffered by the vehicle in the case of theft or attempted theft by breaking and entering, the cover includes the wheels and the car radio player.

Fire
Damage suffered by the vehicle in the case of explosion, lightening, storm, hurricane and cyclone.

Broken Glass
Damage suffered by the windscreen; the side windows; the rear-view mirror; headlights; front fog lights and the sun-roof.

Natural and technological disaster
Damage suffered by the vehicle. Emergency measures are put in place without waiting the ministerial decision printed in the French Official Journal.

Terrorist Attacks
Damage suffered to the vehicle as a result of riot; public demonstrations; terrorist attacks or an act of sabotage.

Accidental damage
Material damage of the insured vehicle where the third party is not identified, if the drivers’ liability is engaged or if the damage is caused by hail, weight of snow or vandalism.

Luggage cover
Objects and personal effects or goods transported inside the vehicle during an event covered by the policy are equally insured.

Drivers’ Corporal Cover
This is included in the policy whatever the chosen solution. It takes into account the corporal damage suffered by the driver to a maximum of €1,000,000.

Public liability
Damages are covered, that you have caused to one or more people, also their vehicle(s), through an accident or where your driver’s liability is engaged.

Safeguard your rights & those of victims
The interests of the insured are defended, especially to obtain the compensation due, this includes the driver of the insured vehicle when this person is not responsible for the incident.

 

YOUR COMPENSATION

Purchase value
The purchase value of your stolen or written-off car will be refunded in full during the 12 months following its first use on the road.

Depreciation

Loans in progress
Mark-up of 5% of the repayments of your vehicle if you have it financed by a loan, and this is during the life of the loan.

Excesses
The excesses are gifted after three years without accidents. So as a result of this gift you will have nothing to pay in the case of a claim. There is a possibility to buy the excess, hence paying nothing in the case of a claim.

Making a claim
With a simple call on a free call number (24hours a day & 7 days a week), your case is immediately taken up. We use a network of recognised garages : with courtesy cars and expert advice. The payment to your chosen garage will be made within 48 hours.

Vehicle breakdown
Parts and labour are covered without excess, in the case of mechanical, electric or electronic component failure.

Courtesy vehicle
A vehicle will be lent to you for up to a maximum of 8 days in the case of breakdown; for 8 days in the case of accident and 30 days in the case of theft.
